$20 an hour + TIPS (average a total of $26-30 an hour)

Individuals with super communication, a strong work ethic, super knife skills, a passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence and someone who understands the importance of team work. Ability to multi-task is a must.
Yes, we make pizza but this is real food, made from scratch in a small + happy kitchen. No Sysco. No US Foods.
You must have:
At least 3+ years experience cooking professionally in a scratch kitchen
Terrific knife skills
Reliability
Calm under pressure (we are extremely busy)
A great palate
A solid work ethic
And a desire to learn even more
You must be able to work nights and weekends.
