Description We are on the lookout for a User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our client's team on a part-time, contract basis. The role revolves around the design and execution of independent user experience research, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize research results and implement improvements to our products. This position presents a remote contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Designing and conducting a variety of qualitative research methods such as In-Depth Interviews, Usability Testing, Concept Testing, Cart Sorting and Tree Testing. Assisting with the translation of research findings into actionable insights for product development. Collaborating with a diverse team of product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers to address and solve user problems. Ensuring effective communication of research findings and advocating these findings in innovative and engaging ways. Handling the execution of hands-on, primary research independently and autonomously. Engaging in collaborative work with Designers and Project Managers. Utilizing research tools like Rally, Qualtrics, Grain for conducting research and analysis. Demonstrating expertise in both moderated and unmoderated usability testing. Maintaining a strong focus on user experience research, specifically with a qualitative approach.Requirements 5+ years of proven experience in User Experience Research (UX Research) Proficient in Qualitative Analysis and Qualitative Research methods Familiarity with Rally software Demonstrated skills in Research and Research Analysis Strong understanding of Usability principles and Usability heuristics Ability to identify and rectify Usability Issues Experience with UserTesting.com platform Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
