This position is responsible for the front desk, answering phone calls, filing, assisting department heads and other clerical tasks as needed. Interacts extensively with families, residents, and medical personnel. Must have excellent communication skills (phone and email), Microsoft experience, and basic computer skills.
Office Experience is preferred.
We believe the ideal candidate will be able to take direction, has strong organizational skills, is self-motivated and enjoys detail-oriented work in a fast-paced team environment.
The position is Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check
