Killroy Pest Control, a family-owned Bay Area company since 1956 is seeking a phone-based customer service representative.
Working in a small team, you are the primary interface between our current and prospective customers and the rest of the company. You will understand the customer’s needs, answer questions, explain our service options, set service expectations and book an appointment in our CRM system for a field technician visit.

Full time, 40 hours per week, normal business hours, Monday through Friday in Campbell.
Salary range $20 to $26 per hour plus company benefits.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls
Explaining our pest control services and booking appointments
Responding to customer services inquires and follow ups
Identifying and troubleshooting customer issues working to a solution
Other administrative and accounting tasks/projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of pest control issues and regulations or the ability to learn
Ability to learn and use our Pest Control CRM system
Requires close attention to detail and ability to understand customer’s needs
Comfortable with recurring processes, small office dynamics and demonstrate teamwork
Independent self-starter who is unafraid to ask questions
Hands-on and able to thrive in a small-team environment
