Your Role: I.T. Support Technician
We're on the hunt for more than just an employee; we're looking for a change-maker. As part of our Asset Recovery team, you'll play a crucial role in elevating our operations to new heights. This isn't just a job—it's a calling for those passionate about technology and the environment.
What You'll Do:
Bring new life to computers, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
Master the art of secure data destruction for a variety of devices.
Smash monthly goals while maintaining our high standards for safety and organization.
Become a wizard with our internal software, documenting the journey of each device.
Keep our inventory spotless and well-organized, ensuring everything is in its right place.
Dive into market research, understanding the value and demand for our products.
Lead the charge in keeping our workspace efficient and hazard-free.
Mentor new team members, spreading your knowledge and passion.
Tackle an array of tasks, constantly pushing the envelope on what you can achieve.
Who You Are:
A tech enthusiast with an AS degree (or higher) or equivalent experience in Desktop Support.
Experienced with computers, enterprise electronics, and the value they hold.
Proficient in Windows, Mac OS, and potentially even server and networking hardware.
A team player who knows how to prioritize and communicate effectively.
Someone who can effortlessly lift 50 lbs, embodying strength and determination.
Bonus points for experience with mobile devices and certifications in Microsoft, A+, N+.
