The litigation paralegal position is flexible in terms of work location. It can be fully remote, fully in office or hybrid.
The work is assisting on the defense of civil lawsuits including insurance bad faith cases, asbestos, personal injury, and wrongful death. Asbestos defense experience is a plus.
Our paralegals draft answers, offensive and defensive discovery, summarize document productions, bate stamp document productions.
We expect billable work in the range of 6 hours per day and 1400-1500 hours per year. We have a robust secretarial team and calendaring clerk that handles most administrative tasks to free up paralegals for billable work.
