Job Description: We’re looking for an energetic Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team! The right candidate will manage our direct email, mail, and telephone campaigns within our CRM, ServiceTitan, while creating and monitoring social media content to elevate our online presence. This is a fantastic role for someone with a background in creative marketing, social media, and graphic design who is ready to jump in and help grow our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Plan and manage direct email, mail, and telephone campaigns within our CRM platform.

Social Media Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging social media content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages across platforms.

Graphic Design & Creative Marketing: Create graphics and marketing content to support campaigns (must have a portfolio or electronic references of work experience).

Customer Outreach: Make outbound warm and cold calls as part of our direct marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years of marketing experience (experience in plumbing or home services is a plus but not required).

Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and social media management tools, with a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Graphic Design: Experience with graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) with a portfolio of prior work.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Personality: Organized, proactive, with a creative eye and enthusiasm for growing a brand.
