Transition Age Youth Housing Programs Resource Center Manager (F/T)

Join our dynamic organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable youth, young adults and families! Under the supervision of the Program Director, this position provides administrative support to the Transitional Age Youth Housing Programs, including:

Maintaining a welcoming and organized Resource Center to support the housing needs of TAYCo-managing youth center services with the Resource Center CoordinatorSupervising the Resource Center CoordinatorTraining new staff on center and office procedures and policiesSupporting the Program Director and Housing Director with administrative and contract compliance needsAccounting tasks and bookkeeping duties as assigned, including co-managing program financesGrant application and management supportProviding administrative support to program staffPerforming job duties efficiently, requiring multi-tasking and organizationYou are an excellent fit for this opportunity if you have:A passion for working with young adultsThe ability to be self-directed and to work as part of a teamStrong computer skills including Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office and comfort using a variety of platformsA commitment to embody TLC’s mission and valuesBachelor's degree preferredTwo plus years of experience in an office management positionExperience in all aspects of administrative and accounting dutiesCA driver’s license and capacity to use own vehicle for company travel is required (mileage compensation providedThe ability to pass a pre-employment background check, physical exam, TB test and drug screen.Bilingual in Spanish preferredAs part of our team you will receive:
