Looking for an EXPERIENCED floral designer to join our well established team.
-Create floral arrangements for various occasions such as everyday/same day design, weddings, funerals, and special events
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and arrangements for their needs
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering suggestions
- Arrange flowers in vases, baskets, or other containers according to design specifications
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are fresh, visually appealing, and meet quality standards
- Keep work area clean and organized
Experience
- Experience in all aspects of floral design ( 5 yrs +)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques to effectively sell floral arrangements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and foliage commonly used in floral arrangements
Located near Caltrain and SamTrans lines.
