Fault Line Plumbing is a family owned, mid-size construction-plumbing firm with an emphasis on retail tenant-improvement. We serve customers throughout California, with an emphasis on projects in the SF Bay Area and Central Valley (Sacramento – Modesto). We are looking for a full time Warehouse/Purchasing Associate that will report to our Project Coordinator and handle all incoming and outgoing job related materials in the Livermore Office to ensure materials for jobs are properly staged, tools are tracked and properly maintained, warehouse area is clean, neat and organized and all job related documentation is accurate and current.
Requirements:
· 1 - 3 years of work experience
· Fluency in English (spoken and written); able to speak Spanish (preferred)
· Valid California state driver’s license
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Good mental arithmetic skills, ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records
· Competency in Microsoft Office applications
· Capable of doing self directed work; to start and persist in specific tasks while exhibiting high motivation
· Able to communicate with others in a warm and helpful manner
· Able to lift 50-lbs over head
Responsibilities:
· Work with Project Coordinator to execute material purchases for jobs
· Pull and stage all materials as requested by field staff
· Maintain electronic job folders for all documentation pertaining to materials used in jobs
· Verify that all materials delivered to the shop match purchase orders and resolve shorts and extras
· Verify that all materials slated for delivery are present and loaded onto delivery truck or staged in an appropriate area with proper labels
· Maintain job box inventories, tool registrations log, finish tote inventories and vehicle log.
· Arrange for retrieval of tools purchased by employees, inspect all returning tools, ensure tools are functional and properly maintained
· Keep warehouse premise neat, clean and organized
Compensation:
· $41,600 to $72,800 a year, depending on experience
