We are seeking a skilled CNC Inspector/Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in CNC manufacturing, an understanding of quality control requirements in a machine shop environment, proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning) and Tolerancing (GD&T)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Create an estimate for cost and time required for manufacturing projects based on customer specifications, materials, and machining processes.
2. Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of CNC machining techniques, tools, equipment and inspection, to evaluate project and propose efficient manufacturing solutions.
3. Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet quality standards and customer requirements, including adherence to GD&T principles.
4. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing orders from inception to completion, including scheduling, resources allocation, and timely delivery.
5. Work closely with engineering, production, and quality control teams to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and resolve any technical issues that may arise during manufacturing.
REQUIREMENTS
1. CNC Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining, programming, and operation.
2. Estimation Skills: Proficiency in estimating manufacturing costs and lead times accurately. (Will train the right professional)
3. Quality Control Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality requirements and standards in manufacturing, including GD&T principles.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
WOULD CONSIDER TRAINING A QUALITY CONTROL PROFESSIONAL WITH EXPERIENCE IN INSPECTION.
