The Shipping & Management Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the shipping and logistics processes within our company. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and timely delivery of products, maintain accurate inventory records, and develop strategies to optimize our shipping operations.
Duties:
Coordinate and manage all shipping activities, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and implement shipping and logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Handle any issues that arise during the shipping process and provide solutions to resolve them promptly.
Prepare reports and analyze shipping data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
