We are looking for a motivated HVAC Technician / Installer. The ideal candidate should be familiar with standard HVAC installation procedures, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, and possess outstanding customer service skills. The duties include meeting with customers to install, repair, service and troubleshoot heating and air conditioning systems in residential homes and light commercial. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 + years of residential HVAC experience. Also, perform preventive maintenance, adjustments, and basic repairs on both pneumatically controlled and digitally controlled HVAC systems. Qualifications:
Participates in major component replacement and evaluation of complex system problems.
Experienced with AC, Furnace, Water Heaters, Humidifiers, Mini Splits, heat pumps, zone systems/zone controls.
Ability to manage service calls.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Maintain service vehicle.
NATE certification a plus.
Ability to work independently.
Maintain accurate records of time and materials for each job.
Must pass a background check.
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical systems for residential and light commercial.
Requirements:
3-5 + years residential HVAC experience.
Heat pump experience, plumbing experience as related to HVAC and electrical troubleshooting.
Possess your own basic hand tools.
Physically agile, dexterous, and able to work in confined spaces.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
