Description We are looking for a dedicated Controller to oversee the financial operations and human resources functions within our organization. The Controller will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable management, payroll administration, and comprehensive financial analysis. This role also encompasses supporting human resources activities related to recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice coding and input, reviewing aging reports, and determining payment schedules based on cash flow and vendor terms Coordinate accounts receivable, ensuring reconciliation and accuracy of sales and A/R entries Handle payroll administration, including time entry, approval, and bi-monthly payroll processing Prepare monthly financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management on budget vs actuals Support recruitment efforts, manage applicant tracking, and assist with new hire orientation processes Assist with performance reviews, associate relations, and disciplinary actions Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for financial and HR processes Collaborate with the management team in strategic planning and decision-makingSkills: Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, DCAA, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions Experience with Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Auditing Familiarity with Budget Processes Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller role or similar capacity Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services Knowledge of DCAA regulations and procedures Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience in Auditing Familiarity with Budget Processes Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation CPA or CMA certification is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
