Job DescriptionAs an Adoption Consultant I, you are responsible for providing end-user support to promote EHR efficiency and improve end-user experience with Oracle Health solutions. You will cultivate customer relationships to achieve adoption objectives and influence and obtain stakeholder buy-in for behavior change planning, coordination, and delivery of a variety of external customer conversion and adoption projects. You will work to analyze and interpret end-user experience data to achieve success.In addition, you will maintain a broad understanding of Oracle Health solutions by learning design best practices, core team deliverable services and evaluates the best way to engage with each customer. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, decision-making skills, flexibility and comfort with ambiguity, the ability to work comfortably with technology, an understanding of the adoption process, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Career Level - IC1Responsibilities

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
