This position is responsible for analysis of requirements from defects and new process requests in a healthcare environment. They will work with members of the team from all levels of the company to test and provide proof of validation of each item. We are a cross functional team including Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence reporting solutions. Read on for more details about the position.Daily responsibilities:

Review and analyze incoming data warehouse or reporting requests and provide documentation in the form of SQL validation for defects and new requests.

Work with Data and BI Development Engineers to ensure requests are remediated according to requirements criteria.

Participate in the full project life cycle from analysis to production implementation. Working on data driven projects, participate in testing data at the source, through the data transformation processes, the data loading process, and output destination.

Assists in driving defect detection, prioritization and resolution for data and BI solutions through sprint planning, daily standups, and postmortems.

Document QA processes and systems to meet audit requirements.

Encourage and train others on the value of quality in every phase of the development process.

Participate in building and maintaining full end-to-end testing suites, including populating automated applications such as Motio and iCEDQ.

Skills we are looking for:

Experience with relational database structures such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, Oracle, and SQL Server.

Awareness of ETL (extract, transform, load) testing.

Experience with all types of testing including systems, data quality, and acceptance.

Demonstrated problem analysis and problem-solving skills in a technical environment.

Strong SQL skills for creating and executing test scripts.

Experience with test automation tools preferred.

Perform data analysis, system testing, as well as compiling and providing auditable documentation of results.

Excellent communication skills – must be able to listen, comprehend, and create test plans based on requirements from the end user to ensure the need or problem to be solved is fulfilled. Must be able to communicate in a manner that is understood by all levels of staff, including technical and non-technical end users.

Interpersonal skills – ability to work with all levels of staff, internal and external, and remain professional under stressful situations.

Must be organized with the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks at any given time.

Potential pay for this position ranges from $80,920.00 - $129,480.00 based on experience and skills.
