Choice Property Management is seeking a positive and upbeat individual for an ENTRY LEVEL Property & Community Coordinator position. Our company is growing rapidly and we are looking for the right individual to grow with us. This is a sales & marketing position for a self-starter individual.
Some of the responsibilities for the position include:
Coordinate various vendor maintenance projects
Coordination of turnover activities in between tenants
Conducting property inspections
Conducting community inspections
Conducting property showings & open houses
Assistance in client property walkthroughs
Creating custom floor plans
Measure and enforce quality of work for the maintenance team
Measure and enforce quality of work for the vendors
Prepare various reports
Create and finalize the work orders on daily basis
Follow through with on-going projects
Obtain multiple bids for maintenance work as necessary
More Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
− Reliable transportation & a valid driver's license
− Must be able to drive to properties within a 50 mile radius of our office
− Professional Appearance and Demeanor.
− Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills with ability to prioritize and communicate effectively.
− Strong computer skills including MS Office suite.
− Cell phone with capability to send/receive text messages, photographs and emails.
This is a 9:00 am – 5:00 pm position. This position requires both office and field work.
