Jr Accountant
Immediate opening for a diligent, detail-oriented accounting clerk/bookkeeper/accounting clerk to assist with the maintenance of client books. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in with QuickBooks Online, a positive, professional demeanor and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
Reconcile bank and credit card transactions.
Classify and record daily bank transactions.
Collect hours and enter payroll.
Prepare weekly payroll.
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales tax returns.
Other duties as needed.
Requirements:
QuickBooks Online experience
Accounting degree or Accounting student preferred
Excellent Excel skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Job Type: Part-time contract
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
