This is a full-time position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bookkeeper needed to take care of our company’s day to day financial tasks. Responsible for accounts payable and receivable along with all payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks. Extensive experience as a Bookkeeper and using Quickbooks is Required.
At least two years bookkeeping experience, preferably within a business-services environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
English AND Spanish
Addition Responsibilities:
Create job folders for work orders, employee files.
Assist Project Management Department with material ordering
Answer phones and take messages, when necessary
Perform some data entry and order office supplies.
Process CC receipts.
Work with Insurance company to provide audit information.
Scan and file documents.
Responsible for packages / deliveries (FEDEX, UPS etc)
Accounts Payable:
Process expense reports
Review and reconcile vendor statements
Issue subcontractor payments
Issue Notice to Owners and Releases of Liens
Bank Reconciliations
Customer Billing
REQUIREMENTS
Must be knowledgeable and proficient with Debits, Credits/Journal Entries
Must be detail oriented and well organized
Solid computer proficiency
Must have 5+ years experience in a similar position
Must possess strong communication skills, English and Spanish is a must
