American Consumer Claims LLC is looking to fill the role of a full-time on-site Telesales Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for recent grads or someone looking to make a career change. The Appointment Setter will be, in most cases, the first contact with potential clients, helping timeshare owners nationwide. Our Telesales Associate position is an entry-level opportunity that offers advancement within 12 months to a 6-figure position within the company!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Be the first line of contact in our sales process
Qualify incoming leads
Perform outbound calls to leads
Overcome initial objections
Respond to customer requests for information
Update reports based on call activity
Conduct all business professionally and ethically to serve potential clients.
Other duties as assigned
