Local builder is looking for carpenters who can perform various foundation and carpentry skills such as building decks and porches, framing, and stairs and other various tasks relating to building new single family homes. We are looking for new crew members who have the ability to self motivate, manage time efficiently, work alongside other crew members, and communicate with inspectors and sub-contractors.
Skills:
- Proficient in rough carpentry and framing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of different types of wood and masonry materials, and their applications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
