Successful Realtor seeks a full time executive assistant.
The executive assistant role requires a highly organized individual with excellent computer and people skills. Responsibilities include managing office operations, coordinating transactions, and maintaining constant communication with clients and team members. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, be adaptable to various client personality types, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Technical proficiency, particularly with Microsoft software and real estate programs, is essential, along with the ability to manage social media and marketing efforts effectively. Requirements
High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
Florida Real Estate license or ability to quickly obtain
Ability to type 70 words a minute
Excellent phone skills
Outgoing and friendly demeanor
Extensive knowledge of computers and ability to learn systems and database management
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software and real estate associated programs or an advanced ability to learn such items
Maintain a reliable, professional vehicle and means of transportation at all times

Tasks
Handle paperwork including contracts, addendums, disclosures, and checklists
Constant communication with all parties involved in transactions
Coordinate steps of transactions from contract to closing
Website management and updates
Database management
Design and print marketing campaigns
Creating and editing video
Manage virtual assistant staff
Managing social media content and accounts
Developing strategies for improving lead conversion
Follow up on leads daily to either trash or contract
Daily communication with active clients
Check property statuses and set up property searches
Cross-train on property management system
Show agent listings to potential buyers
