Responsibilities include:
Execute daily culinary production - prep and production of all menu items, maintain consistent food quality and presentation, inspect quality and freshness of food items, and learn recipes and preparation techniques
Maintain clean and organized kitchen at all times, as part of maintaining proper and safe work environment and complying with all health and safety regulations
Requirements include:
Knowledge and experience with Italian cuisine for a min of 2 years
Willingness to learn and take direction
Highly organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible and respectful team player
Great work ethic and consistently committed to excellence
Pay based on experience and know-how.
Helpful speaks Italian or Portugese
