We are seeking a roofing repair technical to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role is required attention to detail for workmanship / quality control purposes.This position is fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding. Duties/Responsibilities:
Diagnose and Find Roof leaks (Shingle, Tile, Metal, TPO)
Complete necessary repairs to fix roof leaks
Make sure jobsite are setup properly and all required equipment and material are on site
Performing quality control checks on all installs during and post production
Conducts performance reviews and provides development plans for quality control associates.
Must have your own work truck and tools
