Office assistance wanted for commercial property management office. Duties include acting as first point of contact, answering phones, gathering Tenant information, message taking, fielding and directing calls. Other duties include document creation, file maintenance, Tenant contacts, and other office tasks as required. Computer experience is preferred, mainly for data entry, yet will train the right person. Familiarity with MS Office 365 and QuickBooks is a plus. Knowledge of social media platforms and how to use is very helpful. English speaking is required, but bilingual is very welcomed. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM. This is a permanent position, starting ASAP. Position is hourly based. Dependability is vital. Person will be a first point of contact for our Tenants, so patience, friendly and helpful attitude is important. Please Send Resume.
