Successful operators will have the opportunity to quickly gain new skills and promote into advanced positions. SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS:All jobs will work a rotating 12 hour DuPont shift schedule. Every 28-day cycle will be as follows:
4 Night Shifts - 3 days off
3 Day Shifts - 1 day off
3 Night Shift - 3 days off
4 Day Shifts - 7 days off
Day Shift = 7:00am-7:00pmNight Shift =7:00pm-7:00amRegular attendance is an essential function of the job. Employees will be required to work holidays, overtime and weekends on a regular basis with last minute notification. May be required to change shifts and work off days if necessary.The Skills You Will Bring:
Minimum high school graduate, GED or equivalent work experience
Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
Must be:
At least 18 years of age
Eligible for employment in the U.S.
Must be willing to meet the following requirements:
Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment
Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment
Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule
Work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification
Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis
Wear required safety equipment
Employees will be required to change shifts and work off days if necessary.
