Kokua Home Care has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Receptionist. The receptionist is often the first impression of Kokua Home Care.
Basic Job Description:
- Answering the telephone and directing calls to the correct person.
- Being comfortable speaking on the phone to answer questions as well as to tell customers about our service is essential.
- You will be responsible for completing intake information with customers and arranging for in-home assessments by our care team.
- Taking clear, concise messages for the office staff.
- Filing and email related tasks with customers and caregivers
- Basic computer knowledge is essential with applications such as Word and Excel.
- Other basic office work will also be required that is associated with home healthcare agencies.
All job functions are performed with Aloha and customer service as the overall goal to our customers and staff.

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Communicates effectively, both orally and written, using proper speech and grammar.
