Finish carpenter needed

Local south shore high end finish carpentry company looking for experienced finished carpenters. I need someone who has skill and speed. You have to be able to do an excellent job and go fast without screwing things up. I don’t want to have to come back and fix your work. You have to be able to be left on the job without me monitoring you and you have the motivation to stay focused and complete tasks. Also a positive, can do attitude is essential, I can’t stand it when the crew is bitching and complaining about everything. Need someone who is honest and trustworthy and not on drugs. If this is not you, then please don’t bother trying to bullshit me. Thanks.
