Description We are searching for a meticulous and dedicated PART TIME Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team in Boise, Idaho. Your primary role will involve supporting our HR department in maintaining employee records, coordinating the onboarding process, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Aid in maintaining and updating employee records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Support the HR department in monitoring changes in employment laws and regulations and implementing them accordingly. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed and in compliance with company and legal standards. Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures to meet legal requirements. Conduct audits of employee files to ensure all required forms, certifications, and training records are up to date. Assist in addressing internal and external HR compliance inquiries. Help ensure workplace practices are in line with industry standards and legal regulations. Assist in tracking employee trainings and certifications required by law. Support the HR team with additional administrative tasks as needed.Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Experience with HRMS and Ceridian Ability to use About Time software Auditing skills and experience Ability to conduct background checks effectively Experience in handling benefit functions Strong customer service skills Knowledge of HR compliance regulations Proficiency in using HRMS software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Strong organizational and administrative skills Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
