Description Robert Half is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Contract HR Generalist. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of human resources principles, and a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Conduct employee onboarding and assist in employee exit processes.
Administer employee benefits programs and worker's compensation.
Handle HR inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to issues.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Facilitate HR projects such as staff surveys, training, and workshops.
Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Perform any other HR-related duties as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources position.
Thorough knowledge of HR best practices.
Proficient with HRIS and MS Office applications.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
