Administrative CoordinatorLocation:Owensboro, Kentucky2403278Administrative CoordinatorJob Summary:As an integral member of the Distribution Center support team, this individual will coordinate administrative support activities for the Distribution Center General Manager.
Generate and facilitate monthly reports, including corporate reports.
Reconcile P-card for location 100 managers as well as some p-card purchases for GM and location 100.
Facilitate purchases for specified areas and analyze expenses
Process purchase orders, including vouchers.
Planning and scheduling meeting and travel arrangements as requested including plant tours.
Budget and CER preparation.
CMMS daily data maintenance.
Create spreadsheets, presentations, documents and reports.
Provide back-up processing support for Goalpost, weekly payroll, voucher UPS freight bills and location 173 purchase order processing.
Phone operator back-up as needed.
Qualifications
2 or 4 year Degree with additional 2 years of relevant work experience.
Six plus years equivalent relevant work experience considered.
Strong interpersonal communication, math and analytical skills required
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/E-mail
Must be detail oriented, have strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to multitask.
Must have a positive attitude and be a self starter
Must have the ability to exercise professional and confidential work ethics
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instructions
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions, both verbal and written
Possess the ability to distinguish between colors
In addition, this position requires cross-training in other areas of the facility
