ACU Administrative support
Payroll
Calendar Management
PTO requests
Meeting scheduling and support
Manage email groups
Troubleshoot various system issues
Meeting support, report design
Project support and coordination
Reports
Record data in reporting systems
Process Concur and expense reports
Review and call attention to provider open encounters list
EMR reporting workbench (create, run and maintain reports in collaboration with managers)
Assist manager as directed with incident reports, financial reports, progress reports, patient letters and other required deliverables
Supply management
Supply inventory management
Order equipment
Place orders through Marketsite
Review delivery packing slips to ensure accuracy
Reconcile statement of activity against supply orders
HR and physical space management
Asst manager with HR related duties
Post job openings
Coordinate interviews
Assist with onboarding access and equipment needs
Assist with exam room allocation
Assist the manger in review of the safety of physical space
Support staff with UMHS safety policies and procedures
Miscellaneous - Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 4 years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, as well as other databases, e-mail and calendar-keeping software.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to successfully work with all levels of faculty and staff.
Must possess demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, prioritize, manage multiple assignments, and follow through on job responsibilities.
Demonstrates ability to collaborate with others in a team environment, display leadership through problem solving and the initiative to advance knowledge.
Team oriented individual.
Ability to exercise a high level of initiative, discretion and judgement regarding sensitive and confidential matters.
Strong organizational skills, excellent time management and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
