We're currently looking for LOCALS to North Branch and surrounding towns. If you, or anyone you know, are within 30 miles - WE WANT YOU!
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for assembling, installing, moving and maintaining solar systems and other structures in compliance with site assessments and schematics. You'll be instrumental in the operations of sustainable energy units on commercial solar farm sites.
Heads up: This is a physically demanding role that will require you to work in all kinds of weather. A strong work ethic will serve you well, along with prior solar or construction experience (this is a plus, not a must!).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Greasing slough gears - be prepared to walk entire project site regularly
General labor
Troubleshooting
Tasks will involve excessive walking, bending, kneeling, twisting, reaching, standing, lifting throughout entire shift
Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Solar experience is a plus
Working outdoor weather conditions, rain, heat or cold
Construction site experience a plus but not required
Tools will be provided by our customer
Steel toed boots and hot/cold weather gear are your requirement
Able to meet additional screening requirements when applicable
MUST have reliable transportation
Attention to performance details
This work is not for the faint of heart - Strong work ethic and positive attitude will serve you well

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
