We need a designated broker for our brokerage. There are no agents to manage. No transactions to review. We just need someone to sit in the position so we can keep the firm open and our IDX feed active until we are ready. We don't have an exact timeline, but we imagine it will be at least a year (probably two) before we are looking for agents. In the meantime, we are just building up client demand from our website.
With all this in mind, if you are the perfect designated broker for answering agent questions and/or handling client leads that come in before we're ready, we are open to expanding the role. But we are not expecting this. Our main expectations are you are pleasant, easy to reach, sign a couple things, and maintain your license and membership to Mid America Regional and/or Southern Missouri Regional MLS.
