JOB DESCRIPTION
This position ensures all bookkeeping tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. This position audits buyer/seller paperwork and pays close attention to detail. In addition, will be assisting the Accounting Manager in all aspects of administration including, but not limited to the compilation and preparation of various financial reports, reconciling bank accounts, entering/reconciling credit cards, & accounts payable/receivable.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong knowledge of cash management
Reconciling accounts
QUALIFICATIONS
Sage Intacct knowledge preferred
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in accounts receivable
Accounts payable experience
Detail Oriented
Multi-tasking
Problem Solver
Energetic Personality
HOURS
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm.
PAY
$40,000 – 50,000 based on experience (base pay, plus commission)
