We are seeking a top-notch, in-person Administrative Professional / Assistant / Secretary for our busy group psychology practice in Somerset, New Jersey. This position will work closely with our Office Manager and psychologists.
Part-Time:
Approximately 15-25 hours per week. Monday-Thursday, approximately 1:00-7:00 pm; some flexibility in hours is preferred depending on doctors’ schedules. This is an in-person only position.
Responsibilities:
Tasks are varied, including working closely with the Office Manager & doctors, greeting patients and answering questions, understanding services provided, scheduling appointments, answering phones, billing, filing, email correspondence, and typing documents.
Position Requirements:
Previous experience in medical, health, or psychologist office in secretarial or administrative role, including understanding confidentiality of patient information. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to multitask, be patient, and have a friendly personality. Must have excellent typing skills.
Experience required in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet search. Experience with social media is a plus. Strong communication skills, responsibility, and professionalism are a must. Please email your resume and cover letter through this advertisement.
