Small Construction company seeks a part-time bookkeeper/office assistant. Individual must be able to work independently and exhibit good organizational skills to be able to assist in all aspects of the office and sales operation.
Requirements:
Proficient in bookkeeping using Quick Books: A/R, A/P, processing weekly payroll, payroll tax filings, monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
Proficient in Email, Word, Excel and other office software.
Clerical duties including scanning, filing, answering phones, ordering supplies, and light office cleaning.
Good verbal and written communication.
Good at multitasking among every day tasks and new projects that arise.
Work about 15 hours a week, 2-3 days a week
