We are seeking an office recruiter to be part of our team
A recruiter's job is to find qualified candidates to fill open positions at a company. They are responsible for the entire hiring process, which can include:
Sourcing: Researching and contacting potential candidates through a variety of sources, such as job boards, social media, and professional organizations
Screening: Evaluating candidates to ensure they are a good fit for the role and company
Interviewing: Coordinating the interview process, which may include pre-screening interviews and phone interviews
Negotiating: Facilitating offers and employment negotiations with candidates
Following up: Checking in with new hires to ensure they are doing well
Requirements

- Good computer Skills

- Must be able to work some weekends
