Searching for a part-time independent contractor to install computer peripherals at my customers' locations in the South Jersey / Philadelphia area. Complete 2-4 installs a week.
Install new terminals and remove the old ones. Provide service and customer support during field visits. Manage all on site installation, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions with support from our customer sevice team.
Installing equipment modifications
Working closely with and developing strong business relationships with the customer and client personnel
Conducting informal operator training as needed to improve machine performance
Completing all required reporting procedures related to the maintenance of the equipment
Communicate with and phone support teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction relative to service delivery and machine performance
Meeting reporting requirements associated with time reporting, expense reporting, call reporting
Ensuring complete customer satisfaction relative to service delivery and machine performance
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
GED or high school diploma
Experience with daily travel
Dependable vehicle
Professional, business-casual appearance
Customer service-oriented
Effective communication/Interpersonal skills
Successful completion of background check
