Description We are on the lookout for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Canandaigua, New York. This role involves managing accounting functions, utilizing different accounting software systems, and working on financial services. The role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Handling all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and Computerized Accounting System for efficient bookkeeping Working with ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other finance-related tasks Conducting Annual Budget preparation and Cash Flow Analysis Proficiently using Microsoft Excel for various accounting and finance-related tasks Managing complete accounting functions ensuring accuracy and timeliness Utilizing Great Plains (GPAC) for business accounting needs Working with QuickBooks for managing and paying bills, business payments, and payroll functions Ensuring accurate customer credit records are maintained Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
