We are a busy tax preparation and accounting firm located in Brooklyn, NY and North Bergen, NJ seeking Entry-Level Accountants/Tax Preparers to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and filing individual and business tax returns
Perform basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks under the supervision of senior staff
Assist clients with inquiries related to tax filings and financial documents
Review and organize financial records and ensure data accuracy
Assist with general office duties, such as answering phones and responding to emails
Requirements:
Bilingual fluency in Spanish, Chinese, Russian, or Georgian is required
Some accounting or tax preparation experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
Basic proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
