About the RoleThe CLO Operations Technology team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to support high-priority initiatives, including our Salesforce-powered CLO Matter Management (CLO MM) tool. This individual will partner closely with current product managers, Senior Leadership, IT Business Technology, and CLO teams to drive key initiatives forward, particularly the CLO MM product roadmap.In this role, you'll provide program and project management across CLO Operations Technology initiatives, focusing support on the highest value projects, particularly Matter Management. This will include working with CLO stakeholders to ensure feature requests are feasible, viable, & aligned with strategic goals, translating business requests into technical feature requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality product features and improvements, and securing approvals for requirements.If you are naturally curious, technically savvy, an expert problem solver, and data-driven, we'd love to hear from you. Support a range of CLO Operations Technology initiatives, focusing on CLO Matter Management, leveraging Salesforce, to start.

Serve as the point of contact for escalations and issues related to CLO MM, including guiding users through creation, modification & maintenance of tickets to report bugs and track and monitor issue resolution progress.

Analyze ticket data and performance metrics to identify recurring issues, make recommendations for continuous improvement, and develop strategies to address them proactively, reducing the frequency & impact of future issues.

Conduct market & competitive research to advise the development of the roadmap strategy & to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

Ensure the CLO MM vendor's deliverables meet the organization's requirements, and work with the vendor to address any issues or gaps as needed.

In partnership with IT Business Technology, develop standard operating procedures, playbooks, and associated training artifacts for global end-users, & establish system best practices, and develop training plans and governance to reinforce adoption.

Basic Qualifications

A minimum of eight (8) years legal operations, legal technology, operations, or relevant experience.

One year of Salesforce product development experience.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive alignment and achieve common goals.

Strong program and project management skills with a focus on KPI setting and tracking, as well as experience extracting insights from data, visualizing, and summarizing findings and takeaways.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with other technology, including AI tools and applications.

Comfortable influencing discussions at the highest levels and a proven ability to find common ground and align cross-functional partners and teams with conflicting agendas.

The ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in an exciting, fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done.

Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative with both business leaders and cross-functional partners, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others.

Self-motivation with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year - USD$123,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year - USD$137,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
