We are looking for a Receptionist for a contract assignment that could turn into a temp to hire position. This in an onsite position working Monday through Friday. This company has a high profile clientele so we need someone who is able to be a complete professional.
Responsibilities include:
Greet visitors
Answer phone calls and direct phone calls to appropriate person; take messages if needed
Welcome office guests in a warm and friendly manner directing them to the person, office or conference room they are visiting
Ensure refreshments, coffee and tea are available provide internal and external visitors as required & needed.
Ensure client phone directory accuracy – escalate any discrepancies
Sending and replying to office emails relative to facility, conference room or meeting needs as appropriate
Coordinate visitor credentials with building
Accept deliveries from outside food service suppliers
Flexibility to perform other tasks as needed.
Minimum of 1 to 3 years related front desk office experience. Candidates must submit to drug testing and background check for these positions.
