- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store
- Supervise and train staff members to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Process sales transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of COGs, POS systems, and basic math skills
- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate and provide exceptional customer service
- Proficient in recruiting, training, and motivating employees
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
