Full time, on site role as office assistant in a growing, fast paced asset and brokered trucking company.
Responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations of the office. Duties may include but not limited to answering phones, managing paperwork and assisting with bookkeeping tasks.
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE TRUCKING FIELD
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (excel, word)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work well in team environment
