Job Title: Maintenance SupervisorJob Description
Coordinate installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery
Provide technical assistance to department directors and managers, will be a working supervisor
Planning, prioritizing, assigning, reviewing, and participating in all tasks on the floor
Develop production methods and schedules for production maintenance
Responsible for handling emergency situations or after-hour calls for repair
Take part in developing policies and standards for the organization
Will oversee 4 technicians
