Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role is based within the industry and requires the individual to have a strong emphasis on organization and detail-orientation. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for processing and maintaining customer records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.Responsibilities: Accurate processing and entry of customer data Utilizing 10 Key Skills for data entry and calculations Delivering high-quality customer service and handling customer inquiries Regularly communicating via email correspondence Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to organize files and perform tasks Scanning and organizing files for easy retrieval and reference Typing and other administrative tasks as necessary Adhering to industry standards and regulations in all tasks. Requirements Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management Exceptional customer service skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders Ability to perform calculations accurately for data analysis Excellent typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry Proficiency in using email for professional correspondence Experience in organizing and maintaining files for easy retrieval and record-keeping Ability to operate scanning devices to digitize physical documents Proficiency in 10 Key Skills to ensure efficient data entry Experience in data entry, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
