We expect our medication administration staff to follow our policies for safe and professional administration of medications to our residents. The candidates must also assist the C.N.A.s with resident needs, as we all do. We are a zero deficiency community, are known for providing excellent care and services to our residents and for providing a stable, fair, workplace with high expectations of ourselves.
C.M.A. wages start at $17/hr.-$19.15 based on verified years of experience in health care.
A.C.M.A. wages start at $18.00-20.28 based on verified years of experience in health care.
We add a $1.50/hr. differential for those working in our memory care & high level care areas.
We add a $1.00/hr. differential for those working on weekends.
Double pay on our recognized holidays.
We pay 90% of vision/dental/health cost insurances.
