The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot issues related to cooling, heating, and refrigeration cycles.
Monitor and maintain temperature and humidity levels in food storage areas.
Collaborate with production staff to ensure efficient operations and minimal downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
Comply with safety protocols and industry regulations.
Assist with installations and upgrades of refrigeration systems as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in refrigeration preferred.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, controls, and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
