[Currently Seeking Apprentice Painter/Renovator]

Commercial & Residential General Contractor specializing in interior & exterior large renovation projects, commercial tenant improvement/retail projects, large commercial painting projects, residential medium & high-end residential painting, new & existing deck upgrades, ADU's, etc. Diverse skillsets and projects, willing to train and provide work experience opportunities for your own future development.
YOU MUST HAVE:
1.) Some minor prior experience
2.) Positive Attitude
3.) Desire to learn new tools & skills
4.) Good Transportation (solid vehicle to & from local jobs)
5.) Current Identification / Eligible to work
JOBSITE REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Be Focused on Tasks (work time means working)
2.) 'No phone time' policy
3.) Follow instructions, keep to-do list
4.) Clean all work zones continuously
5.) Drama free, team oriented
Starting Laborer $22-26, Renovator/Carpenter/Painter $26-35, based on experience
Pay is based on your overall performance, attendance, and quality of work
Payroll with project bonus incentives available, or 1099 option available with production structure after skillset review
Basic Job Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Assist with project daily goals & schedule
Detail-Oriented, Positive Attitude
Work indoors & outdoors, uniforms & tools provided
Driver’s License, Reliable Vehicle (to and from projects), Company Van Available to insurable drivers
Not afraid of heights (work on ladders often)
Monday-Friday, Full Time 8am – 5pm daily, some Saturdays (OT) offered
